ATV Legislation
(Bob)
§
A lot of
conservation around the ATV Legislation and could see this coming up again if
there is a lawsuit against the DEP regarding designated areas for ATV trails.
§
Bob will keep us
posted on whether there is a lawsuit and the status of the bill.

Funding for
mailing (awaiting response from Joy St.)
§
Brought in
another $451 dollar, combination of donations and 1 response from the Newsletter
coupon (and the newsletter has not gone out yet)
§
Challenge to meet
our $5,000 goal by March 31st to be eligible for the Kresge
Foundation matching challenge… counting the 5,000 matching from the CT Exec
Comm we could submit $10,000 donation amount to be matched by Kresge Foundation
for a total of $20,000.
§
Suggestion by
Ceila is that we could still do clean ups scheduled for later in the year, but
just get the donations/pledges prior to March 31st (to meet the
challenge). Good idea!
o

meeting minutes as materials/docs)

conservation committee contact list (made updates from the meeting).
If you were not in attendance please review and provide me any updates or
