Work Projects followed by Social Hour

Join the Trails and Excursions Committees in a day of comradeship, hiking and working on the AT in Connecticut.

Get in a little hiking and work on the following projects:

• Relocation of the Trail south of Belters bump
• Turnpiking at Macedonia Brook
• Build stone steps at Stuart Hollow
• Erosion control (cribbing) at north end of Stanley Tract
• Other projects to be announced

If you enjoy hiking our trails, please contribute to keeping them in good condition.

Tools are supplied. Bring work gloves, lunch and plenty of water.

Meet 8:30 AM at Housatonic Valley Association (HVA) Headquarters on the west side of Route 7, just south of the junction with Route 45, about 1 mile south of Cornwall Bridge.

Get together for a Social to follow at 3:30 PM at HVA. Donations appreciated.
